Quantrackt Consulting helps clients develop robust project controls metodologies to better manage their projects and assist in investigating and managing construction claims from dispute avoidance stage through final resolution of claims. We analyse contractual entitlement, nature, and extent of claims due to design errors or omissions, deficiencies, and due to other unforeseen causes. We help our clients assess responsibility and allocate liability.
Our consultants have extensive experience on major and iconic projects in various countries which helps us provide top tier advice in preparing or rebutting all types of claims, including but not limited to, differing site conditions, added scope, change orders, delay damages, loss of productivity, wrongful termination, etc. In the event that any dispute is escalated to mediation, arbitration, or litigation, Quantrackt' consultants possess significant experience in guiding and managing our clients throughout the dispute process.
